Zener Diode Handbook - box shape

Zener diode (Zener diode), also known as voltage stabilizer diode, is a type of semiconductor diode working in reverse bias mode on the breakdown voltage region (breakdown). This voltage is also known as the Zener or avalanche voltage. Then the voltage value changes little. It is made so that when reverse biased, the Zener diode will pin a voltage level close to the value written on the diode, stabilizing the voltage for the circuit.

Semiconductor diodes (semiconductor diodes) block current flowing in the opposite direction. It only allows current to flow in one direction, not in the opposite direction. This diode has a voltage stabilizer function to avoid damage to the device when overvoltage. This line of diodes is sometimes called a Zener Diode or a Break Diode.

Tesla gives various options for the switching device. One is a rotary switch that resembles a Tesla circuit controller. Another is an electrostatic device consisting of two very light, membranous conductors suspended in a vacuum.
